• Our project began with a clear vision: crafting a sustainable, accessible 2-story lane-way house for our imaginary client's elderly relative. This step involved research, site analysis, and defining design principles.
• We created bubble diagrams and sketches to explore spatial relationships and circulation patterns. This phase ensured that sustainability and accessibility remained at the core of our design.
• From freehand sketches, we transitioned to precise Auto-CAD floor plans, elevations, and barrier-free designs.
• Our design journey culminated in a detailed SketchUp 3D model, providing a visual representation of our sustainable and accessible lane-way house design. This presentation-ready mode encapsulated our commitment to professionalism and innovation.
